Refund window
If you are not happy with a paid TFM Nexus subscription, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the payment. This applies to the first payment and to each renewal. No reason is needed.
Free trial
Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial with no card required, so you can try the whole system before paying anything.
How to request a refund
Email tatendamahowabuz@gmail.com with the email address on your account, or request it directly from Paynow at paynow.co.zw.
Who processes refunds
TFM NEXUS approves refunds, and Paynow, our payment gateway, pays them back to the original payment method under Paynow's refund policy, usually within 5–10 business days.
After a refund
When a refund is issued, the subscription it covers ends and the workspace returns to its unpaid state. Your business data is kept so you can export it. TFM NEXUS may refuse refunds in cases of fraud or abuse of this policy.
